Moulin Roty’s Tiny Nini soft toy is part of the ever popular La Grande Famille, simply meaning the Grand Family.

This cute Grande Famille Nini mouse cuddly toy has a soft plush grey body and long limbs. She is wearing a pretty red dress with patterned edging which can be easily removed (and washed if needed) and put back on again.

She is suitable from birth and machine washable. Approx 20 cm.

UK Standard 2nd class delivery is free on all orders over £40. For orders under £40 a delivery charge of £3.95 will apply per order.

Pippi & Me & Stripey Cats 2nd class card delivery is £0.75

UK Standard 1st class delivery is £4.90 per order.

Pippi & Me & Stripey Cats 1st class card delivery is £1.00

UK Express delivery is £8.45 per order.

Returns

Little Tiger Gifts wants you to be satisfied with every single purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item we will gladly offer a refund or exchange your product.

Cancelling your order

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund on all products purchased.

To cancel, please email us at hello@littletigergifts.co.uk, call 01473 212252 or write to us quoting your order number. You can cancel any time from placing your order up to the end of a period of fourteen calendar days from the day you receive your item(s).

We do not cover the costs of return postage unless the item(s) are faulty. Items should be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and we would politely request that items are returned to us in the original packaging. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary, or if the goods or packaging is damaged.

If you paid for 1st class, express or next day delivery when ordering, you will only be refunded the basic delivery charge.

In the event of any items being returned, should your order value then fall below our qualifying value for free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct £3.65 for shipping from your refund.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any items that we may have ordered on an individual basis for you.

If you wish to exchange a non faulty item we request that you first order the replacement item from the website and then after return the original item back to us for a refund.

General FAQ

We are open Monday - Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. Orders will be shipped daily (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) If you need to urgently contact us outside of these hours, please use our contact form and we will do our best to come back to you as quickly as possible.
A confirmation email is automatically generated when an order is placed. If you haven't received this, please check on your Spam folder. If you still cannot locate an email, it may be that there has been a typo when entering your email address. If you contact us, we can check this for you.
The majority of our orders are sent by Royal Mail. However for larger/heavier items, we will use a courier. This will usually be booked through Parcel2Go and will be one of Evri, DPD or UPS.
This will depend on the delivery option selected. All orders placed before 1.00 pm will be shipped on the same day (excluding weekends and Bank holidays). We offer Next day delivery which should arrive on the next working day. We would advise to allow 1-2 days for 1st class and 3-5 days for 2nd class although of course, sometimes delays can be experienced which we have no control over. We offer free 2nd class delivery on all orders over £40.00.
If you haven't received your order in a timely fashion, please contact us and we will look into this for you. All our orders are sent with tracking and you will receive an email/text with your tracking reference. Please refer to this before you contact us. Please be advised that we follow the time frame advised by Royal Mail/Delivery partner before we will class a parcel as missing.
If your order hasn't been shipped and you need to make an amendment or cancel, please contact us directly and we will process this for you. If your order has been shipped you will need to place a new order for any additional items you want. If you wish to make an exchange, please place a new order and return any unwanted items for a refund. If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to return this to us before we can process a refund. You must contact us prior to the return and follow are returns procedure. We aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receiving your items back.
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. You can also pay with Clearpay, Apple Pay and your Paypal and Amazon accounts.
If your discount code isn't working please contact us using our contact form. Please note that our coupon codes cannot be used on sale items.
Unfortunately due to Brexit, we no longer ship outside the UK and we don't have any plans to change this at present.
We don't currently offer the option to pre order goods as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. However we do have a 'Coming Soon' page and there is an option to receive an email once the item is then in stock. This way, you won't have to pay for any items until we have it.

We will always reply to any emails promptly and if we can't take your telephone call, leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Of course we do. We only select brands that we love and try to offer as wide a range as possible. We always like to stock your favourites as well as updating our products as our brands bring out their new collections.
We are very pleased to offer gift wrap and use Maileg Mice Party paper and Maileg ribbon. We also add a Christmas paper from November. There is an option to add a gift tag message and your order can also be sent directly to the recipient if you prefer. Gift wrap costs £2.00 per item.
All our items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched however if you are unfortunate enough to receive a faulty item or you order has been damaged in the post, please contact us ASAP. We may require you to provide photographic evidence or send the item back. If the item needs to be returned we will cover the postage for this. We will offer a refund or replacement depending on stock levels.
