Please note that these are suggested times as recommended by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed by Little Tiger Gifts as once your item has been dispatched by us, delivery is beyond our control.
What delivery options are available?
We offer Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class and UK Next day delivery with order tracking to UK destinations and Royal Mail 1st class and 2nd class to the Channel Islands (Deliveries to the Channel Islands MAY be subject to delays due to Customs checks and custom charges may be applicable).

Please note that we may also use a courier service for large or heavy items.
It is important to note that the UK Next Day service above requires a signature. If no one is in than Royal Mail may either try to leave the parcel with a neighbour or take it back to the depot. If the item is taken back to the depot you may not be able to collect from the depot in time for Christmas!
Normal Delivery Information
How quickly do you dispatch items?
Unless otherwise stated, orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day, apart from orders placed over the weekend. Orders placed during this time will be sent on the next working day.
Little Tiger Gifts will always send an email confirmation after you have placed your order and after your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive these emails please check your mail spam or junk folders.
How long does delivery take?
UK & Channel Islands 1st class estimated delivery times are 1 – 2 days
UK & Channel Islands 2nd class estimated delivery times are 3 – 5 days
UK Next Day delivery is guaranteed next working day (includes Saturdays) for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day (please read note below). This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
UK 1st class delivery is £4.90 per order. Pippi & Me and Stripey Cats charges are below:
Pippi & Me and Stripey Cats card delivery is £1.00
UK 2nd class delivery is free on all orders over £40. For orders under £40 a delivery charge of £3.95 will apply per order. Pippi & Me &and Stripey Cats charges are below:
Pippi & Me and Stripey Cats card delivery is £0.75
UK Next Day delivery is £8.45 per order.
How do I track my order?
If you selected our Express delivery option, your order can be tracked using the ‘Track & Trace’ tool located on the Royal Mail website – https://www.royalmail.com Simply enter the 13 character reference number provided to you in your dispatch confirmation email.
Gift Wrapping & Cards
We also offer a gift wrapping service for your convenience. Items will be wrapped in individually selected gift wrap. All wrapped items will also include a gift tag. This can either be left blank for your own message or we can write this for you. In addition to this we also offer a selection of cards.

Packaging recycling
We are always looking at ways to reduce the impact we have on the environment and because of this we try to reuse packaging if at all possible.
