COVID-19 & Little Tiger Gifts

Update 06/01/2021

We would like to firstly wish all our customers a Happy New year!  As we find ourselves in the midst of another lockdown we just wanted  to let you know that it is still ‘business as usual‘ for us for the time being.  We will of course let you know if our situation changes.

Currently our dispatch times will remain unchanged however we may revise this along with our delivery partners in order to ensure that we minimise any unnecessary contact.

Update 06/06/2020

After reviewing our shipping options carefully we have decided to re-instate our Royal Mail 1st class, European and International postage options.

We have been tracking our orders and have noticed that the vast majority are arriving in the times stated but please do bear in mind that there may still be delays to the service due to the current situation both in the UK and other countries.

Update 14/04/2020

We have noticed some delays to our International and European postal services (which is fully understandable) and to avoid any disappointment we have temporarily suspended non UK deliveries.  We will continue to review this.

We are still happily shipping to the UK and it is pretty much business as usual for us.  The vast majority of orders placed before 1:00pm are still being dispatched on the same day however if your order needs to be sent by courier then this will be collected the next day.  The majority of our orders are sent using Royal Mail and whilst most are arriving in good time please be prepared for some orders to take a little bit longer.

We would like to thank our delivery partners who continue to be amazing during this difficult time and thank you to everyone who is continuing to order from us.

 

Update – 24/03/2020

Following on from the latest government instructions dated 23/03/2020 we have taken the decision to continue trading online.  One of the reasons for this is because we are based from home.

Currently our dispatch times will remain unchanged however we may revise this along with our delivery partners in order to ensure that we minimise any unnecessary contact.

In addition to this we have also suspended our Next Day and 1st Class delivery options to avoid unnecessary pressure on our delivery partners and to avoid disappointing our customers.

We will keep you fully updated on any further changes and wish you all the very best.

 

Update – 19/03/2020

We are hoping that all our customers are well and coping in these troubling times.

We want to give you an update from Little Tiger Gifts perspective on our current situation.  As it stands we are thankful that it is ‘business as usual‘ for us for the time being.  We will of course let you know if our situation changes.

Being home based gives us some flexibility and we continue to work hard to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.  Our main suppliers are doing a fantastic job of delivering the stock we need and as it stands we have no supply chain issues.

We are seeing an uptake in next day delivery and gift wrapping purchases as our customers choose to order online for presents for others.  We also sell cards and would be more than happy to write these for you if needed.  You can be confident in letting us take care of gift wrapping and delivery to an alternative addresses where required.

We are available to answer your questions via phone (we have an answer phone system and will always get back to you if not available), email and online contact form so please don’t hesitate to contact us for any questions you may have.  We might add that we are available to take orders over the phone and are always happy for a chat!
